Well, Summer is over and we're back in a routine.
But, I realized I hadn't filled you in on all that has happened
over the summer so I thought I'd do that tonight.
I'll fill you in on what I can. I STILL can't tell you
EVERYTHING I want to tell you.
Waiting for permission is a hard thing!
Anyway...
I got to look through Dad's binoculars. Pretty cool!
And here are our annual graduation pictures.
I graduated from preschool but the
pomp and circumstance for preschool graduation
isn't like the P&C for college graduation.
Remember my "bowl-head" picture from 3 years ago?
I've grown a lot, but that bowl somehow keeps finding its way onto my head!
We took a trip to an animal park with my friends
Elizabeth and Kellan. It was a lot of fun.
Elizabeth and I even rode the camel.
Now THIS was an interesting chicken!
We had a nest of baby birds in our front bushes.
They were getting pretty big until one day...
the birds and the nest were gone.
Sad day.
Mom has been spending a lot of time working on paperwork.
She and Dad started working on this last September
and finally got all this paperwork sent in on
June 1 of this year.
Once that paperwork got sent in...
there is MORE paperwork to be done.

THAT is a picture of my ... Oops, I 'bout spilled the beans.
This little birdie was on the driveway one day when we got home.
He was sooooooo tiny. A baby sparrow.
We watched him hop around and try to fly.
A trip to Indiana to see my cousins.
We had a lot of fun playing together.
Too bad we live so far apart.
Mama and Daddy even got in on the trampoline fun.
I went to a friend's birthday party and while the other kids had pizza and watermelon,
I had WATERMELON PIZZA! Mmm! It was sooo yummy!
The neighbors invited Mama and me to go out on their boat.
It was fast and fun!
Our moms took Elizabeth and me to the National Aviary.

One day I got creative with cardboard and made this wagon.
The wheels weren't too round, but it did hold up for a while.
Wow, that's a big boot! I wonder who that belongs to.
In July, Dad went to Seattle and Oklahoma
So, Mama and I went to the amusement park.
We had so much fun.
The BEST rides were the water rides where we got SOAKED!
While we were waiting to pick Dad up at the airport
I bought a new lego set.
Daddy helped me put it together when he got home.
Pretty cool race car, don't ya think?
I built this helicopter/airplane all by myself.
At the Children's Museum we climbed around in this awesome maze.
And we got to play in the water, putting pipes together and making patterns.
I could have stayed there all day.
But I had to go home and check on my butterflies.
We let four of them fly away that day.
Huh? Did you say something?
YES, I did get glasses!
But I only have to use them for school work.
Winnie likes them!
To celebrate Elizabeth's mom's last day of radiation treatments
we had a bunch of friends over for a surprise party.
We kids played outside and had a great time.
In August Dad got invited to speak in Minneapolis.
On our way there we stopped to visit some friends that
we met in China. They took Jadon home and
Mama and Daddy took me home!
It was fun seeing them again.
I am quite a handful sometimes!
We saw Paul Bunyan and Babe, his big blue ox
in Eau Clare, Wisconsin.
Ride 'em, cowboy!
LegoLand, at the Mall of America, was a great place!
Woody was there.
(Made of all legos.)
And this big transformer guy behind me
is made of 2.8 million legos.
All these bins have legos in them. I got to pick and choose
a lot of pieces that I didn't have before.
We went to Como Park Zoo
I played the "Hot Pepper" game and won a kid's meal.
Watch out... hot things come in small peppers!
Cabellas was a nice stopping place on the way to Iowa.
Hard hats are required when I'm around!!
Gramma is doing so well! Several of you have asked how she is doing.
God has done great things and her blood levels are in the normal range,
she doesn't have to have surgery to remove any cancer,
and she is getting a little stronger all the time.
She does have to get the stomach tube removed September 18
since she doesn't need it anymore! Yeah!
Please continue to pray for her and Grampa, though.

It was good to get back home and see Elizabeth.

One afternoon, while Mama weeded the strawberries,
I made a birds' nest out of sticks and mud and grass.
As of yet, no birds have taken up residence in it.

Obviously, I didn't know Mama was filming me.
To close tonight's post, I'll add another little teaser.
The a_____ agency says that hopefully we will get
the OK to show you more and tell you what's going on
early next week. Well, we HOPE it will be next week.
When we get it, I will DEFINITELY post again.
