I don't know how it happens that this blog seems to only get updated every couple of months anymore. Someone should work on it more often, don't you think? OK, well, even though it has been so long, we're back at it--at least for this posting. Here's catching you up on the latest fun and exciting things that are going on in my life.

We went to a festival with Elizabeth and her parents.
It was a lot of fun. I especially liked the activities for the children.
We had fun in the bouncy house.

I had my first pony ride. I liked it!

And, I had my second pony ride. I liked it too!
We had a surprise visit from Denny.
He used to live with Gramma & Grampa when Mama was about my age.
Mama said he used to make her laugh.
It looks like he's still got that talent.

I decided that I ought to start working on my "face painting" skills.
Since it's hard to practice on my face, my arm worked well.

An old song goes, "Bessy, Bessy, I'm a little messy,
I've been painting my wagon green. I had no brush,
so I used my hands. I'm the messiest mess you've ever seen."
Well, I HAD a brush, but I STILL used my hands.

I asked if I could water the strawberry plants.
Just happens they are right by the dirt Mama said I could dig in.
The strawberries got a little water,
the dirt got a LOT of water.

"I'm just a little black rain-cloud...."

"Can I take a bath now?"

I got to go on a couple of field trips with a homeschool group.
This one was to a glass blowing center.
Here the man was making a dolphin.

I was fascinated with the pretty things he made.
I especially liked the church.

OK, Elizabeth and I don't get what the big deal is about this bus.
Our moms thought it was pretty funny though.

We've been working on my playset.
We're making progress!

I put this picture up in my "house" all by myself.
Mama found it and thought I did a good job decorating.

I went to the Apple Orchard with my preschool class.
This is the bag they use when they pick apples.
I tried it on last year too, remember?

Last year..... This year.....

Oh, YUM! Snack time at the orchard.

Apple cookies and apple juice.
Yum-O!

One day I invited Elizabeth over to paint piggy banks.

Do you like my painting job?

Our preschool got to ride in the homecoming parade.
We threw LOTS of candy.
Daddy caught the candy I threw to him.

It's getting toward the end of the parade.
The candy is all gone.

...And I'm worn out!

But not too worn out to participate in the activities on campus.
Some people get "face paint" of butterflies, sports balls, etc.
I go for original ideas... like popcorn and houses.

Riding this bouncy horse was a fun challenge.
Watch this...
OK, so I had a slow start out of the gate.

We took another homeschool field trip to the zoo.

See how high I can climb?!

I tamed this tiger... which is not really a tiger.

A looooong day!

The sign says it all.

We had fun with Holley. We'll miss her family when they move.

These little carts are pretty fun to ride,
once you get the hang of it.

Petting zoo.

The Fall party at preschool:
Hmmm, which snack do I want?

Which letter is missing?
Fun & games!

After the preschool party, Andrew came over to our house.
He and Mama studied Chinese together before
Mama & Daddy went to China to get me.
He's been to China several times and hopes to go back to
work with children who don't have families.

Cutting paper is one of my favorite things to do lately.

Hey, Look! I can spell my name with cheese puffs!

A cool drink on a nice Autumn day.

There was a scarecrow display at the park.
We went to check it out and take pictures with some of them.

Playing in the leaves...

Ahh, the joy of flopping into a big pile!

Mama had to decorate a cake, so I decided to try my hand at it.
I decorated this little cake.

Kinda proud of my accomplishment!!

The pumpkin patch at the corn maze.
The temperature wasn't so bad, but the wind was
VERY strong and cold. The winter coat felt nice!

Cow tipping! Every boy's dream, right?

Lost in the corn maze.
(No, not really lost.)

Corn on the Cob!

Is that a mud puddle I see?
Could it be?

I picked out a pumpkin...

... and painted it.

Not what you were expecting, is it?

At AWANA we had "crazy hair night".
This hair is pretty crazy!!!

I've been riding my bike and enjoying the Fall weather.

Riding on the bike trail.

Trick or treat!

Pooh & Piglet.
I think Pooh is pooped out.
Good night!
