Time to catch up

Say What? Are you telling me that you still check on my blog?
And that you have noticed that I haven't updated for quite a long time?
OK, well, let's get caught up.
Ready, Set, GO!

Gramma had back surgery in March,
so Mama & I went to help Gramma & Grampa.
Grampa taught me how to wash dishes...without a dishwasher!

Uncle Tom wrestled with me.

Grampa & I got pretty silly.

Gramma joined in the fun.

I showed Gramma lots of pictures while she recovered.

And I got worn out every day!

Ken & Betty came to play
and we made "Ken pancakes".

I climbed snow "mountains".

My fingernails got really long!

Grampa & I made some cookies.

Pretty good, if you ask the bakers!

"Bob"

A whole piece of cheesecake on one fork! WOW!

Yummy!

Muah!

Oops, Grampa, your face is dirty.

Grampa, lovin' the snuggles.

Return of the "high chair races".

Playing "store" with Gramma.

Showing Grampa my pictures.
I gave quite a narrative on each one.

Cousins... who only see each other once a year or so.

I got skates for my "early" birthday.

You've heard of "Where's Waldo"?
Here's "Where's Guille".

I went to my first "dinner (breakfast) theater" and met the cast.

I helped decorate Mama's birthday cake.

I'm pretty sure she liked it.

And let me show you this....

Look at all these sculptures. Made out of CHOCOLATE!

Helping wash dishes at home.

Then it was MY birthday.

Playing with the garden hose

Setting up for my birthday party.

Food

Fun in the sand pile

Time for the piƱata

Cake!

Presents

Handy Guille

Did you know there is a "Grand Canyon" in Pennsylvania?

What's a boy to do to keep busy and quiet
during a rainy graduation ceremony?
Mrs. Laura Bush was the speaker.
I did a good job not being distracting while she spoke.

Rainy graduation day

We took a trip up to Niagara Falls for Mama & Daddy's anniversary.

Picking flowers

Cave of the Winds

We walked to Canada.

Artist's rendition of "Niagara Falls"
(and the artist)

My new hobby... landscaping.

First trip to the dentist. I've got a nice set of pearly whites! :)

A late night car ride to pick up Daddy from the airport.

My first model rocket.

OK, I think we are caught up. Hopefully it won't be as long before I post again. But, as you can see, I keep pretty busy. Have a great summer and I'll catch you up again when I get a chance.

Happy birthday, dear Guille...

Wow, almost 2 months without posting... again! Oops. Sorry about that.

But, today, we post because it's a special day. It's Guille's 4th birthday.

We started the day with breakfast... oatmeal, at G's request.
Then off to speech, where he got presents from Missy, Cindy & Katie. Missy even made a little cake for him. (Plans to take a picture of the cake when we got home went out the window (?) when Guille tripped and the cake box flew down the driveway.) It sure tasted good though!

When we got home, Elizabeth and her Mom were waiting to go on an adventure with us. We all went to ChuckECheese for lunch and playing.

After a fun afternoon, we went home, got in the truck with Daddy and went to buy a new lawnmower and more parts for the playset.

For bedtime snack, birthday cake. What a funfilled day! Good night all.

(I'll try to get some updates from the last 2 months on here sometime soon. We've been to Iowa, Philadelphia and the circus since the last post. Lots to do!)
